Online Process Group

What is a process group?

It is a group of individuals that come together and share openly about what is happening in their life or what they are working on. It is a space for people to connect, to learn how to communicate and share safely in a group. There is some structure, group rules, and sometimes topics, however, most times it is an open dialog to share about what's going on in your life.

This is a "Closed" group which means once the group start no one new is able to join until the next group starts.
