What is Somatic Breathwork?
Somatic Breathwork uses the power of circular breathing, with rhythmic music, to release stored energy caused by suppressing thoughts, emotions, trauma, and stress. By using your breath, or other techniques such as crying, laughing, and yelling, you can activate your body's nervous system to help clear out any blockages, restrictions, or defenses that hold you back.
If you allow yourself to embark on this embodiment experience, over time, you too can heal unresolved trauma and stress, while strengthening your emotional health and mental clarity to improve your daily life.
